Weekly Yoga Classes

*SOON CHANGING TO SUNDAYS 5pm weekly.* Move through the chakras, from Root to Crown, and find union by activating and balancing each energy center with meditation, visualization, breath work, asana, mudras, and mantras.

Restore your mind, body, and soul as you end your week by coming to surrender with Rachel and Wisteria. Bring a pillow and blankets and relax into asanas as practitioners come around to do energy cleansing and sound healing.
